Maker: These beautiful recycled wool blankets are made by a family business in Flint, in the historic county of Flintshire, in the United Kingdom. The company has made wool blankets of exceptional quality for more than 50 years, and management has passed from generation to generation, keeping the manufacturing tradition alive.

The team is close to Flint Castle, and its designs are influenced by the colors and serenity of the rivers, forests and history of the surrounding region. They strive to work with wool that is both sustainable and renewable, to create products we can enjoy and cherish all our lives.

This range of recycled blankets is produced from 1620 meters of recycled wool yarn, making the most of old clothing and home textiles and keeping these resources from ending up in landfills or as waste. Particular care is given to color combinations, and each blanket is woven with a different color mix, which makes it unique (almost unique: 4 throws are made per color mix).
