Shipping policy

Shipping an order can take up to 3 to 5 business days after the order is recorded, excluding sales and special promotions. The product you order is shipped through the postal network by logistics companies, to the delivery address the customer gave.

Delivery times: 3 to 5 business days for mainland France, provided the product is in stock.

4 days or more for international orders.

Holiday season warning. Because of the rush, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24 for products ordered after December 16.

Store pickup: orders picked up in store are ready within 2 hours of order confirmation, or by appointment if you cannot come in quickly.

Delivery is free for every order picked up in store, and for every order delivered with a value of €250 or more. *
* Excluding furniture, lighting and bulky items.

Storie offers free delivery on purchases of €250 or more in mainland France. For international deliveries and the French overseas departments and territories, Colissimo Expert rates apply (> See rates).

95% of products qualify for free delivery, but shipping fees apply to the 5% of products that are too fragile or bulky.
