Our placemats are handwoven in Cambodia from river rush.
Each piece takes time and patience: the rushes are harvested, dried, then woven.
Their pattern is an evolution of the traditional patterns used on the handmade mats of Cambodian villages. They are rolled out in stilt houses at mealtimes or for the night.
